- On Thursday, June 11, 1992, Felicia was last seen in Pell City, Alabama. When her daughter did not want to go to the beauty parlor, Felicia left home alone in her 1987 gray Nissan Sentra at approximately 6:00pm (18:00). The vehicle was found within 12 hours burned along an isolated roadway in Talladega County; there was no sign of Felicia. ANYONE HAVING INFORMATION SHOULD CONTACT THE ALABAMA BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION CENTER FOR MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN.
