- Notes
- Family saw her asleep in her bed at approximately 2:30am. Between 3:30-4:30am, drivers on Highway 18 saw her walking along Highway 18 (N. of Shelby). May have been seen getting into a green 1973 Lincoln Mark IV or Ford Thunderbird. Asha seems to have taken with her a black backpack & black Tweety Bird purse, blue jeans w/ a red stripe, black sneakers, long-sleeved white shirt w/ purple lettering, red vest w/ black trim, black overalls w/ Tweety Bird on them, a long-sleeved black and white shirt. Her pencil, marker and Mickey Mouse hair bow were found at Turner's Upholstery in the door of the attached tool shed. More than a year later, her backpack was found double-wrapped in black plastic and buried along the highway in Burke County in the opposite direction of where she was walking. May be wearing: (White Shirt, White Jeans, White Sneakers)
