- The skeletal remains were found buried on private property about 40 feet from the Coosa River. The property owner rarely visited after 1991 and was gardening when they found the remains. It appeared that lime had been put around the area to hide the smell and the remains were wrapped in a 6x8 foot green tarp tied with 72 feet of rop and buried in a grave.
