- On April 11, 2019 at around 2:30 p.m., an unknown male body was found below the so-called "Kreither Bridge" along the railway line of the Stubai Valley Railway south of the local area of 6162 Kreith (municipality of Mutters). Due to the fall/jump from a great height of at least 34 meters and the corpse, which was already badly decomposed, it has not been possible to identify it so far. A more detailed personal description (height, weight) is therefore impossible. Based on a witness statement, however, it was possible to create an identikit, which is also used for further investigations due to the matching clothing and the described contact situation with the witness. The witness was able to describe the person she met at the time and, based on the personal conversation, also state that the unknown man spoke with a conspicuous German accent (cannot be identified more closely). He would have wanted to "meditate" on the park bench there and told the witness that.
