- Tabitha Franklin was last seen on August 13, 2009 in Cullman, Alabama. She may have traveled to the Hueytown, Alabama area. If anyone has seen her please contact your local law enforcement or the Cullman County Sheriff's Office at 256-734-0342. Note: A $5,000 reward has been offered by Gov. Bob Riley's Office for information leading to an arrest in the disappearance of Ms. Franklin. She left her friend's home in West Point after her ex-boyfriend gave her a ride. According to him, he left her at his workplace in Hueytown while he ran a few errands. When he returned, she had disappeared. She left behind her three children.
