- Nabil was a skilled blacksmith and was married with 3 children when he disappeared. One day his wife woke up and found that her husband had disappeared. He had often talked about taking a boat to Italy or France and has sailing skills having worked in Sfax, a port city. A friend that he left with came and told his wife that there was a group of 73 poeple (34 from Kabiria) who left on the same boat, 'Ahmed" from Sidi Mansour beach in Sfax. They were heading for the Italian coast and should have arrived March 30 but there has been no sign of the group since. Family members scoured the internet searching for information and one person did spot their cousin, a man who had left with Nabil. Nabil's wife was able to recognize her husband from a video of people disembarking at Manduria, Italy but there has been no new information since.
