- The victim was between 190 - 220 lbs and 5'5" - 6'5" in height. Max drove away from home in a Dodge 330 truck and has not been seen since. He had told his wife he was going to the local tavern / bar for some drinks. The bar was only about half a mile away and would not have taken long to reach. They were able to find his pickup truck later that night between 11:00pm (22:00) and 12:00am in the town of Oshkosh, WI along Lake Winnebago. This would have been almost 35 miles away from where he was meant to be.
