- Moneyham left his home along on July 6 to head to the store, but he didn't retun and has not been hear from since. He was formally listed as missing on July 27 by his wife. On August 31, police issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of failing to meet the requirements of his probation amongst other issues. He did not want to pay his court costs and thus had never met his probation officer. He had been given probation after pleading guilty to cocaine trafficking and had prior arrests for drug and harassment charged.
