Circumstances
- Date of Disappearance
- March 23, 2009
- Notes
- Sanchez was reported missing when he failed to appear at work where he was a contract laborer doing odd jobs. His vehicle was found at his home alongside signs of a struggle. A week later, four individuals were charged with his homicide including his wife, Jessica Lynn Wilson, her brother, Robert Lee Burns, her mother, Tamara Lynn Burns, and Victor Manuel Solorzano. They were accused of beating and stabbing Sanchez in the yard of his residence at approximately midnight on March 23, with his body buried somewhere nearby. Jessica, Rovert, and Victor were found guilty of murder and Tamara was found guilty of conspiracy to committ murder. Police have said they believe robbery was the motive and that the crime was premeditated. Robert and Victor Solorzano both fled to Mexico but Robert was later arrested and brought back in April 2009. It is possible he is buried in a sod field where Solorzano was working at the time.
