The story follows Luo Cha, who as a child witnessed a terrifying event on a mysterious ancient boat unearthed by a flash flood. After being cursed with the prophecy that he would not live past the age of 22, he experiences supernatural phenomena as his 22nd birthday approaches. Desperate for answers, he seeks help at Wu Shan Ju, the antique shop belonging to Wu Xie, which is currently being managed by a temporary shopkeeper.

The investigation involves a mystical technique known as “Bone Burning,” which allows the investigators to extract and visualize the memories of the deceased. By delving into these memories, the investigators uncover the truth behind the ancient boat and the secrets of the flood from eighteen years ago. The film combines elements of psychological horror and suspense as the characters race to break the curse before Luo Cha’s time runs out.
