โ๏ธ THE PLOT
An elderly bird-watcher is found impaled on sharpened stakes in what appears to be a ritualistic killing, and the bizarre nature of the crime leaves the police with no obvious suspects. When more men are murdered in equally disturbing ways, Wallander begins to suspect that the victims are being chosen for a reason no one has yet uncovered.
As the investigation unfolds, he discovers that all the victims share a connection to a long-forgotten case involving violence against women. The killer is methodical, patient, and always one step ahead, forcing Wallander to confront the possibility that justice delayed for years may now be returning in a far more brutal form.
