The Incident

On March 9, 2026, a young boy identified in Taiwanese authorities’ records as Péng O Fēng (彭O風) was reported missing in Hsinchu County, Taiwan.

Péng O Fēng was born in 2022 and was approximately four years old at the time of his disappearance. He is described as male, approximately 95 centimeters (3 feet 1 inch) tall, with black hair. His hearing and mental characteristics were recorded as normal. Authorities also noted a scar near the corner of his eye as a distinguishing feature.

According to the missing-person record, the disappearance occurred at the boy’s home. The stated circumstances are “left home with parents or relatives and subsequently could not be located.” No additional details concerning which parent or relative he may have been accompanying, where they went, or the circumstances under which he became separated from them are provided in the available record.
