He took his passport and laptop computer with him when he left home, ostensibly to go to work at the Sunset Grille in the secret Harbor Resort. This was out of his norm as he would not usually take those items. His phone was left behind in the apartment. He left home around 2:30pm (14:30) but never arrived at his workplace. He left a note behind, but it has not been made public. It is unclear if they believe he was planning to leave or why he would take his passport with him. He had a goatee and minimal body hair. He was somewhere around 6’3 – 6’4 in height.
