- An unidentified young male, Asian and in his mid-20s, was discovered on a residential street in San Pedro, California. He suffered from a traumatic brain injury and is unconscious. He has no distinguishing features to help with identification, except that his backpack only had Japanese currency. He appeared to be traveling based on the contents of his backpack. He may have been a tourist, foreign worker, international student, or traveling to America for some other reason. He may also be an American who was recently in Japan.
