Mixed Caucasian-Korean ethnicity. Trenton’s parents (Melinda & Joshua Duckett) had a volatile relationship with accusations of domestic violence and child abuse against Trenton previously. Melinda had custody at the time and claimed she put the toddler to bed around 7:00pm and he had vanished when she check on him two hours later. Police are seeking anyone who saw Melinda’s silver 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse around the Ocala National Forest on August 27 (the previous day) to verify Melinda’s claims. On September 8 (13 days later), Melinda committed suicide but did not admit to harming the child. The fate and potential suspect in Trenton’s disappearance remains unknown.
