Date of Disappearance: July 5, 2017

Notes: Chase was last seen walking his dog, Champ, on the road near his apartment complex when they disappeared. Neither he nor Champ have been seen since. Investigation revealed his vehicle still where he parked it, no sign of forced entry at his home, and all of his personal belongings (wallet, phone, etc) left behind. Foul play is suspected.
